In compliance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR approving the Regulations for Travel and Tourism Agencies, Cecis Travel has endorsed and commits to the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). Through this action, we reaffirm our organizational ethics and staunchly condemn any form of sexual abuse and exploitation of minors, both in Peru and globally.
What can we do to prevent this issue from growing further?
It is crucial to maintain an unwavering stance of rejection towards ESNNA, acknowledging the severity of the offense and its criminal penalties.
In the event of any indication or suspicion of ESNNA, it is our responsibility to immediately report the case to the relevant authorities, such as the Public Ministry or the National Police.
It is important to have the contact numbers of the following institutions on hand:
Ministry of the Interior: hotline 0800-2-3232
Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (Emergency Women's Center): hotline 100
National Police (Nearest Police Station)
Public Prosecutor's Office
Children and Adolescent Ombudsman Offices
At Cecis Travel, we fully accept and endorse the legislation that sanctions the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. As part of our commitment:
We neither tolerate nor promote the sexual exploitation of minors nor any other criminal offense, in accordance with Law No. 29408.
If you become aware of any cases of sexual exploitation of minors under 18 years of age, we urge you to not hesitate in reporting it.
Sincerely, Cecis Travel
